Minimum standards for all database submissions: 

1.      All Databases must be configured to Compact on Close

2.      Prefixes are required for object names (tbl, qry, frm, rpt, mcr, bas)

3.      All tables must have a primary key

4.      All field names must be camel convention 

5.      All columns headers must be descriptive and have spaces between words 

6.      All date fields must have Input Mask Short Date: 99/99/0000;0;_

7.      All date fields must have Format Properties: mm/dd/yy

8.      All currency data should be formatted consistently (Preferred: standard with zero decimal places)

9.      All numeric data should be formatted consistently and normally is  right justified in forms and reports

10. Percent fields should have one decimal place i.e. 12.1%.
