- If you are a student, enter your 7-digit student ID in the following field.
- Do not include the leading w character.
- If you are validated as a student currently enrolled in at least one course in the system, a confirmation email will be sent to your Los Rios iMail account.
- You have to click the link in that confirmation email to confirm that you did request a password reset.
- That will trigger the system to send you an actual randomly generated password.
